Support Our Mission

Congregations are a critical thread in the fabric of American society. To survive and thrive in today's changing world, they need the kind of research and leadership resources that Alban provides. Although earned income from membership, products, and services partially offsets our costs, it cannot begin to fund new projects, scholarships, and ideas. We rely on support from people like you to keep our resources available and to help us fund new initiatives.

Each year, Alban touches hundreds of thousands of lives around the world through our publishing, education, consulting, research, membership, online activities, and projects such as the Indianapolis Center for Congregations and the Congregational Resource Guide. Our influence reaches deeply into the congregations of this country and the world. Alban truly makes a difference.

As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, the Alban Institute relies on generous contributions from individuals and foundations to fund new research, scholarship, and initiatives. We hope you will consider making a financial gift to expand our capacity to serve congregations and their leaders.

The Alban Institute has endured for more than three decades because a network of generous people like you believes that we make a difference to congregations. Together, we care about congregations, their leaders, and their place in the world.
