CUSTOM EVENTS:

We regularly provide leadership for customized educational offerings centered in individual congregations and other organizations.  We partner with your group because you best know the type of support needed by clergy and layity in the local context where you live and work or serve.

Frequently requested topics include visioning and planning, leadership tools, boards and committee structures, staff teams, organizational identity and mission, assessment of programs and systems, managing change and conflict, and navigating transitions in congregational leadership.

  • We will work with you to create an event located at your site and employing the resources of the Alban Institute.
  • Our goal is to help you design educational opportunities that enable you to make the most of the staff time and resources at your disposal.
  • Length, leadership, costs, and design all are negotiable depending on your organization's needs, resources, and preferences.


WORKSHOP LEADERS and KEYNOTE SPEAKERS:

Alban consultants serve as event leaders and keynote speakers for regional and national gatherings on a variety of topics.  We can provide a workshop leader to fit into your organizations program and theme, or a keynote speaker to provide focus, direction, and fresh and innovative approaches and perspectives for the work that you do.
