You will hear not-yet-published research on churches that have undertaken discernment and action related to this critical size change. On hand will be Rev. Dodd Lamberton of Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, MN. Dodd is attempting to make the transition to program size and is eager to share his experience. He will also discuss his follow-up interviews with churches who participated in Alban’s initial study.
By sharing your case study through your participation, you will become a part of this ground-breaking study. Our findings coming out of this 3-day learning experience will result in new Alban resources for other congregations and leaders like you.
You will have the chance to discover first-hand how similar congregations are pursuing the Raising the Roof process. Peer learning and reflection throughout this three-day event will deepen your experience and help crystalize concepts from the book.
Following the seminar, Alban staff from the Congregational Resources Guide will be available to conduct a customized search for materials to address your needs.
